abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of polyborosiloxane modified silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive and its application in mica tape, comprising the following steps: 1) adding 100 parts of hydroxyl-terminated polysiloxane into a reaction kettle alkane, 5~10 parts of boron-containing compounds, start stirring; 2) open the heating system, heat up at a constant speed, when the temperature of the material reaches 85~90 ℃, fill nitrogen into the reactor from the bottom to replace the air in the system; 3 ) When the temperature reaches 100~105 ℃, turn off the nitrogen, start vacuuming, react under 250~300 ℃ vacuum conditions for 3~5 hours, the reaction is finished, open the vent valve, and empty the pressure in the kettle. Compared with the mica tape prepared by traditional silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive, the refractory mica tape prepared by the present invention has the advantages of excellent high-temperature insulation performance, high bonding strength between glass fiber cloth and mica paper, and no wire in high-speed wrapping. It can greatly improve the wrapping speed and high temperature insulation performance in the production process of refractory cables.
