abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of foaming materials, and particularly relates to a blending and filling modified PET foaming material and a molding method thereof. This foaming material is made by mixing dry PET resin, POE and/or LDPE and/or EVA, silane coupling agent-modified filler and antioxidant 1010, and then mixing with microsphere foaming agent and cross-linking agent. Dicumyl oxide is refined by an internal mixer, and finally molded into foam. In the present invention, POE (or LDPE, EVA) functions as a carrier, a toughening agent, and a foaming modifier. The filler acts as a bubble nucleating agent and at the same time improves the mechanical properties of the foam. The blended and filled modified PET foaming material provided by the invention has uniform cells, low density, good elasticity and comprehensive performance, and can be used in the fields of packaging, automobiles, thermal insulation, construction, buffer pads, sound absorption and noise reduction, and the like.
