The application discloses a novel coronavirus monoclonal antibody and application thereof. The novel coronavirus monoclonal antibody is specifically at least one of VacW-89, VacW-92, VacW-105, VacW-120, VacW-138, VacW-201, VacW-209, VacW-212 and VacW-215; all the monoclonal antibodies are composed of heavy chains and light chains matched with the heavy chains, and the sequences of the variable regions of the heavy chains and the light chains of the 9 monoclonal antibodies are the sequences shown in Seq ID No.1 to 18 respectively. The application uses the novel coronavirus RBD protein as bait, obtains 9 monoclonal antibodies from B cells of a volunteer vaccinated with the inactivated vaccine, has cross-neutralization and binding activity on the novel coronavirus Kappa and Delta variants and L452R, T478K and E484Q mutations, and provides a novel antibody for treating the novel corona. |
