abstract | The invention discloses a synthetic method of a novel flame retardant DPPMP, which relates to the technical field of new materials and comprises the following steps: a. placing phosphorus oxychloride in a reactor, adding a Lewis acid catalyst, adding phenol, stirring, heating to 80-120 ℃, and continuously reacting for 2-3 hours to obtain a methylphenoxy phosphoryl chloride intermediate; b. separating out phosphorus oxychloride, and distilling out methylphenoxy phosphoryl chloride; c. preparing piperazine, adding an acid-binding agent and a solvent, adding the methylphenoxy phosphoryl chloride obtained in the step b into the piperazine, controlling the adding temperature to be 0-20 ℃, stirring, keeping the temperature at 40-70 ℃ for 2-3h after the reagent is added, reacting to obtain 4- [ methyl (phenoxy) phosphoryl ] piperazine-1-yl phenyl methyl phosphonate, and preparing the flame retardant DPPMP by using methyl phosphorus oxychloride as a raw material, wherein the yield can be kept above 18% and is as high as 60%, and the purity can be as high as 99%. |
