| abstract | The invention relates to a soldering paste preparation device and a preparation method. The flux paste preparation device comprises: a collection container having an opening facing upward to collect the flux paste; the hopper is positioned above the collecting container and is used for filling brazing flux powder; the fan is arranged between the collecting container and the hopper and used for uniformly blowing the brazing flux powder discharged by the hopper to the position right above the collecting container; and the atomizer is used for blowing the atomized solvent to the uniform brazing flux powder so that the atomized solvent is combined with the brazing flux powder and falls into the collection container. According to the soldering paste preparation device, after the soldering flux powder in the hopper is discharged, the soldering flux powder is blown away by the fan and is uniformly mixed, so that the uniform mixing efficiency is greatly improved; then, the atomized solvent sprayed by the atomizer is fully combined with the soldering flux powder to quickly form soldering paste and fall into a collection container; the flux powder and the solvent can be uniformly mixed without stirring, the preparation time of the flux paste is reduced, and the production efficiency is greatly improved. |
