The invention discloses a preparation method and a preparation device of an integrated 3D printing carrier and a VOCs-loaded catalyst. The invention takes molten aluminum alloy solution as the raw material of the carrier, and programs various parameters according to the requirements of the width, thickness, strength, patterns and other structures and overall dimensions of the carrier, thereby controlling the operation mode and state of the carrier printer and producing catalyst carriers of different types and models. The support then passes through the catalyst loading machine under the take-up action of the after-treatment device. The catalyst loading machine adopts a pulse type spray flame synthesis method to prepare the loaded catalyst. The catalyst loading machine can load metals with catalytic function, transition metals and oxides thereof on the surface of a carrier according to certain parameter design and performance requirements. The method and the device integrate multiple functions and can realize the flow line operation mode of the metal carrier and the loaded catalyst.
