abstract | The embodiments of this specification provide an integrated concentration and dehydration device, including a water inlet unit, a concentration unit, at least one dehydration unit, a first water outlet unit, at least one second water outlet unit, a sludge discharge unit, and a processor. There is also provided a method for concentration and dehydration, which comprises the steps of conveying initial sewage to a concentration unit by a water inlet unit; the concentration unit concentrates the initial sewage, and the liquid separated during the concentration process flows naturally down to the first water outlet unit for discharge, and the concentrated treated water is discharged. The sludge is transported to at least one dehydration unit; at least one dehydration unit squeezes and dehydrates the intermediate sludge, and the squeezed and separated liquid naturally flows down to the second water outlet unit corresponding to each dehydration unit for discharge, and the dehydrated sludge is squeezed and dehydrated. The cake is discharged through the sludge discharge unit. |
