The invention provides a method for establishing a skeletal muscle model of an EAMG mouse with myasthenia gravis, which is characterized in that on the basis of artificially synthesizing AChR peptide immune induced C57BL/6 mice, dendritic cells with high antigen presenting capability cultured in vitro are infused to establish an immune-enhanced EAMG mouse model, and meanwhile, brand new multi-modal skeletal muscle detection is carried out on the model. The building method of the myasthenia gravis EAMG mouse skeletal muscle model, provided by the invention, has the advantages that the molding time of the EAMG mouse is shortened, the molding rate is improved, the development of a myasthenia gravis animal experiment is facilitated, the time consumption of the myasthenia gravis animal experiment is reduced, and the cost of the myasthenia gravis animal experiment is controlled. |
