titleOfInvention Preparation method of aptamer electrochemical sensor for detecting heavy metals of lead and mercury in water
abstract The invention discloses a preparation and application method of an electrochemical sensor capable of detecting two heavy metals of lead and mercury in a water sample. The electrochemical sensor for detecting the water sample containing lead and mercury is characterized in that nano-silver is coated on the surface of a glassy carbon electrode as a modification material, and the Ag-S bond and T-Hg bond of sulfydryl in an aptamer and the nano-silver are utilized to be combined 2+ -T is detected by combining the properties of mercury ions, aptamer recognition of lead ions, and exonuclease cleavage. When the sensor is used for detection, whether the detected water sample contains target ions can be judged according to the change condition of the current peak value of the lead and mercury in the detection result. The invention has the advantages that: the sensor realizes the amplification detection of the circulating signal of the lead ions by adding the exonuclease; sensor passing T-Hg 2+ -T binds mercury ions, improving the stability of mercury ion detection; the sensor has low cost and simple detection operation; the sensor is a reusable glassy carbon electrodeThe two heavy metals can be respectively qualitatively and quantitatively measured; has higher detection sensitivity.
