titleOfInvention Preparation method of enzyme-free glucose sensor with double metal organic framework
abstract The application discloses a preparation method of a bimetallic organic framework enzyme-free glucose sensor, which shows that the electrocatalytic performance of a bimetallic organic framework on glucose is improved compared with that of a single metal organic framework while excellent performance of a hybrid transition metal-based compound in the field of enzyme-free glucose sensing is shown by adjusting the proportion of Co and Zn elements in ZIF67/ZIF 8. In addition, in order to verify the practical application capability of ZIF67/ZIF8, human serum samples are analyzed in real time, and the good anti-interference capability and recovery rate of the sensor are verified. The method has the advantages of low cost, easy production, strong environmental tolerance and the like, and provides a general non-noble metal biosensing material for non-enzymatic glucose detection.
