The invention relates to a production method of an iron-nickel magnetic nanocomposite material doped with alumina particles, belonging to the technical field of composite material preparation. The technological process is as follows: (1) the iron source, the nickel source, the fuel and the aluminum source are prepared into a solution in proportion; (2) heating and stirring, the solution is volatilized, concentrated and decomposed to obtain a precursor powder; (3) the precursor powder is obtained; The powder is reacted in a temperature range of 300-600° C. under a protective atmosphere for 1-3 hours to obtain an alloy powder. (4) Pressing and molding the alloy powder, and calcining and densifying the powder at 800-1300°C; directly spark plasma sintering at 600-750°C or hot isostatic pressing at a sintering temperature of 700-900°C to obtain iron- Nickel/Alumina Composite. The raw materials of the invention are cheap and easy to obtain, the production process is simple and fast, the process energy consumption is low, and the cost is low.
