abstract | A method for screening drug-resistant microorganisms by a fluorescence method comprises the following steps: culturing a microorganism in a first culture containing an antibiotic and an amino acid of an azide or alkynyl group for a first predetermined time; transferring the microorganisms cultured by the first culture into a reaction solution containing a fluorescent dye with alkynyl or azido groups for reaction for a second preset time; and carrying out fluorescence detection on the microorganisms cultured by the reaction solution, and determining that the microorganisms with fluorescence signals are drug-resistant microorganisms. The invention provides a method for rapidly detecting drug-resistant microorganisms. |
