abstract The invention provides eight mouse hybridoma cells. The colloidal gold is provided with a colloidal gold labeled antibody, the cellulose membrane is provided with four detection lines and a quality control line, the colloidal gold probe pad comprises a monoclonal antibody which is labeled by the colloidal gold and specifically binds to Histone II of plasmodium falciparum, and monoclonal antibodies which are labeled by the colloidal gold and specifically binds to lactic dehydrogenase of plasmodium malariae, lactic dehydrogenase of plasmodium malariae and lactic dehydrogenase of plasmodium ovale, and the four detection lines comprise a monoclonal antibody which specifically binds to Histone II of plasmodium falciparum, a monoclonal antibody which specifically binds to lactic dehydrogenase of plasmodium ovale, and a monoclonal antibody which specifically binds to lactic dehydrogenase of plasmodium ovale and lactic dehydrogenase of four protozoa. The invention has the advantages of simplicity, convenience, sensitivity, specificity and rapidity.
