abstract | The invention relates to an analysis method of isomer ratio in a hydrofluoroether mixture, belonging to the technical field of fluoride analysis. The hydrofluoroether mixture is hydrofluoroether cleaning agent HFE-7100 produced by 3M company, and the method comprises the following steps: dissolving a hydrofluoroether cleaning agent HFE-7100 in a solvent to obtain a mixed solution; detecting the nuclear magnetic resonance fluorine spectrum of the mixed solution by using a nuclear magnetic resonance instrument; according to the detection result of nuclear magnetic resonance fluorine spectrum, the mass ratio of the nonafluoroisobutyl methyl ether to the nonafluoron-butyl methyl ether can be obtained. The method is simple to operate, short in analysis time, good in reproducibility and high in detection accuracy, is suitable for field sampling analysis of industrial production, realizes detection of the content of nonafluorobutyl methyl ether and nonafluoroisobutyl methyl ether in the hydrofluoroether cleaning agent HFE-7100, and solves the problem that the isomer ratio in the hydrofluoroether mixture cannot be quantitatively analyzed through gas chromatography and infrared spectroscopy. |
