The kit can sensitively and stably detect the activity of the APOBEC3B with different concentrations by combining with fluorescence detection, more importantly, the kit is applied to screening the inhibitor, can avoid detecting false positive inhibitor, is convenient and rapid, has low price and small raw material consumption, and can screen the APOBEC3B inhibitor with high flux. And can detect the expression level of APOBEC3B in different tissues and cells.
