The invention constructs a series of yarrowia lipolytica hybrid promoters by connecting different amounts of promoter upstream activating sequences and yarrowia lipolytica enolase gene promoters in series, and the promoters are placed at the upstream of a reporter gene and a target gene to control gene expression so as to obtain specific final product yield, thereby proving the feasibility of the enolase hybrid promoter for the high-efficiency production of recombinant protein in yarrowia lipolytica. The hybrid promoter obtained by the invention has the strength larger than or smaller than that of the existing promoter in the yarrowia lipolytica, can be suitable for the application of high-efficiency production of heterologous proteins and the like, is favorable for solving the problem of insufficient availability of the hybrid promoter in the yarrowia lipolytica, and provides a new effective element for genetic engineering modification and synthetic biology research and application of the host. |
