A free cell labeling and separation probe and its related products and uses |
abstract |
The invention discloses a free cell labeling and separation probe and related products and uses, especially for fetal trophoblast cells or epithelial tissue-derived tumor cells. The cell-free capture probe includes: human papillomavirus virus-like particles and reporter genes carried by them and/or protein tag expression genes used for isolating target cells. The selective infection of placental trophoblast cells by human papillomavirus virus-like particles can effectively detect whether the blood samples of subjects contain fetal trophoblast cells, and after optimization, the purpose of isolating fetal trophoblast cells can be achieved. The epitheliophilic properties of the probe can also be used to identify or isolate epithelial tissue-derived cells such as epithelial tissue-derived tumor cells in a sample. The method is cleverly conceived, safe and reliable, and has high sensitivity and specificity. |
