titleOfInvention | Nanocomposite modified PBAT biodegradable plastics and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of nano-composite modified PBAT biodegradable plastics. The production raw material formula includes the following components in parts by mass: 40 parts of polyadipate/butylene terephthalate, polylactic acid 5 to 10 parts, 40 to 60 parts of nanocomposites, 0.2 to 0.5 parts of antioxidants, 0.3 to 0.8 parts of compatibilizers, 0.3 to 0.8 parts of chain extenders, and 0.1 to 0.2 parts of antihydrolysis agents; the nanocomposites are composed of Thermoplastic starch, titanic acid nanotubes, phthalic anhydride, and glycerin are composed according to a mass ratio of 5:1.5-2.5:0.5-1.5:1.5-2.5. Its advantages are: 1) It can significantly improve the mechanical properties of the composite degradable pellets; 2) The nanocomposite material added in the components of the present invention can effectively limit the matrix segment, so that the water absorption rate and water diffusion coefficient of the composite degradable plastic 3) The nanocomposite modified PBAT biodegradable plastic obtained by the present invention degrades faster in soil than pure PBAT. |
