The invention forms a complete process by designing the procedures of raw material preparation, raw material mixing, raw material conveying, needle tube injection molding, cooling, demolding, cleaning, drying and packaging, and can prepare the needle tube with low-temperature-resistant strength and high-temperature-resistant toughness on the basis of material formula improvement.
