abstract | The present invention provides a foam core material for a wind power blade, comprising: modified polyarylene ether nitrile, wherein the modified polyarylene ether nitrile contains hydroxyl and/or amino groups. In the present invention, the functional group of carboxyl group or amino group is introduced into the molecular structure of polyarylene ether nitrile, so that the material has a stronger binding force with the impregnation resin of the blade shell through hydrogen bonding, and improves the performance of the impregnation resin of the blade shell and the foam core material. The interface force avoids the risk of cracking at the interface between the resin and the core material caused by the external force during the operation of the blade. The invention also provides a preparation method of the foamed core material of a wind power blade, a wind power blade and a wind power generator set. |
