In order to solve the problems of large weight, short service life, frequent maintenance and the like of the steel ladle, the invention provides a steel ladle furnace lining which mainly comprises a heat-insulating layer, a permanent layer and a working layer which are sequentially distributed from outside to inside, wherein the inner wall of a shell of the steel ladle is also fixedly connected with an anchoring piece, one end of the anchoring piece is fixedly connected with the steel ladle, the other end of the anchoring piece sequentially penetrates through the heat-insulating layer and the permanent layer and then is positioned inside the working layer, the heat-insulating layer is made of composite silicate heat-insulating material, the working layer is ceramic fiber high-temperature refractory coating, and the steel ladle furnace lining is light in overall structure, good in heat-insulating effect, resistant to thermal shock, resistant to erosion and easy to maintain. |
