titleOfInvention A kind of medical hemostatic material and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to a medical hemostatic material and a preparation method thereof. γ-type iron oxide is creatively used in the field of medical hemostatic materials, and a nano-sheet composite material is prepared by using γ-type iron oxide and kaolin, and is modified with glycidyl methacrylate. Using chitosan quaternary ammonium salt as raw material and nanosheet composite material as raw material, a medical composite hemostatic material was prepared. The hemostatic material obtained satisfactory results in terms of biocompatibility, cytotoxicity, swelling performance and hemostatic performance. Moreover, when the average particle size of γ-type iron oxide is 80 nm, all properties reach the optimum level. Compared with α-type iron oxide, γ-type iron oxide can make the composite hemostatic material show more excellent biocompatibility.
