The invention relates to a nanofiber membrane for skin wounds and a preparation method thereof. The nanofiber membrane has a core-shell structure, wherein the shell layer material contains gelatin; the core layer material contains polycaprolactone and nano-enzyme composite material. The invention utilizes PBAs nanozyme, hydrogen peroxide and superoxidase activities to inhibit wound inflammation, and antisense oligonucleotide AOND selectively inhibits the expression of TGF-β1, inhibits the formation of scars, and promotes wound healing. |
