The invention prepares a chip template by using a designed film mask, synthesizes a protein immobilization gel photosensitizer, and cooperates with the chip template to prepare a photosensitive protein immobilization agent. For the western blotting chip of the gel, after adding the sample, electrophoresis was performed according to the single-cell western blotting (scWB) program, and the protein was immobilized by UV cross-linking, and the target protein was detected by western blotting using the labeled antibody, and the analysis results were observed. The invention is a single-cell protein detection means capable of high throughput, short time, stable data storage and digital processing of detection results, portable and compact, stable function and low cost.
