The present invention relates to a characteristic peptide of a Pirin homologous protein and its application. The amino acid sequence of the characteristic peptide is shown in SEQ ID NO: 1, SEQ ID NO: 2, SEQ ID NO: 3 or SEQ ID NO: 4. Using the above characteristic peptides, the Pirin homologous protein can be determined by LC-MS detection method, which can satisfy the requirement of efficient, specific, sensitive and accurate absolute quantification of the Pirin homologous protein in complex biological samples. Comparison of differences in the expression of Pirin homologous proteins in hepatocytes, pork tissues, and melanoma cells. |
