The method adopts aerobic dark submerged fermentation to culture the unique rhodopseudomonas palustris, and has the advantages of simple operation, short culture time and high thallus concentration. And 5-ALA is extracted by adopting a non-chemical solvent, so that the 5-ALA is effectively extracted, and no solvent residue exists in the original medicine. |
