titleOfInvention A hyaluronic acid-based thixotropic hydrogel for joint prosthesis lubrication and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a hyaluronic acid-based thixotropic hydrogel used for joint prosthesis lubrication and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of bionic lubricants. The hyaluronic acid-based thixotropic hydrogel has a volume ratio of 1 ~16:4 neutral cross-linked hyaluronic acid or sodium hyaluronate solution and 4~6wt.% protein solution are prepared, and the cross-linked hyaluronic acid or sodium hyaluronate solution has a volume ratio of 1~10: 500 cross-linking agent and 7-10wt.% hyaluronic acid or sodium hyaluronate alkaline solution cross-linking reaction. The preparation method of the hyaluronic acid-based thixotropic hydrogel provided by the present invention has a simple process and low preparation cost; when the prepared hyaluronic acid-based thixotropic hydrogel is used as a joint prosthesis lubricant, it has good lubricating properties , can effectively reduce the wear and tear of the joint prosthesis and reduce the coefficient of friction, and has excellent biocompatibility at the same time.
