titleOfInvention Low pressure softening composite nanofiltration membrane and preparation method thereof
abstract A low-pressure softening composite nanofiltration membrane, comprising a support layer and a separation layer laminated on the support layer, the support layer is made of at least one of polyester, polyacrylonitrile, polyvinylidene fluoride, polyethersulfone or polysulfone. The resulting ultrafiltration membrane is characterized in that the separation layer is formed by atomizing the water-phase active monomer and the oil-phase active monomer into micro-nano droplets by electrostatic spraying and reacting and depositing them on the support layer. The active monomers are cationic polyamines, the aforementioned oil-phase active monomers are acid chloride active substances, and the aforementioned water-phase active monomers contain additives. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the low-pressure softening composite nanofiltration membrane. The invention solves the problem of low removal rate of hardness ions such as Ca 2+ by the traditional nanofiltration membrane, and has high flux at the same time, and can be used in the fields of household softening and industrial softening.
