The invention relates to a cell membrane biomimetic responsive nano-platform loaded with phosphorus-containing dendrimer copper complex/toyomycin and a preparation method and application thereof. The method includes: 1G 3 ‑Cu NPs solution preparation, 1G 3 ‑Cu/Toy NPs preparation, B16 cell membrane suspension CCM preparation, 1G 3 ‑Cu/Toy NPs@CCM preparation. The method has simple reaction conditions, easy operation and separation, and has good development prospects; the prepared reduction-responsive dual drug-loaded nanoplatform effectively improves the water solubility of 1G 3 ‑Cu and reduces the toxic and side effects of Toy, and can respond to tumor microenvironment. The dissociative release of 1G 3 ‑Cu and Toy provides a new idea for the construction of safe, intelligent and efficient drug carriers. |
