The method has simple reaction conditions, easy operation and separation, and has good development prospects; the prepared reduction-responsive dual drug-loaded nanoplatform effectively improves the water solubility of 1G 3 ‑Cu and reduces the toxic and side effects of Toy, and can respond to tumor microenvironment. The dissociative release of 1G 3 ‑Cu and Toy provides a new idea for the construction of safe, intelligent and efficient drug carriers.
