abstract The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine beverages and discloses a wild kudzu root plant beverage which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of kudzu vine root clear liquid, 15-30 parts of kudzu vine flower liquid, 4-15 parts of honey, 2-6 parts of fructo-oligosaccharide, 2-5 parts of citric acid, 0.4-1.3 parts of sorbitol, 0.8-2.5 parts of beta-cyclodextrin, 0.2-0.7 part of essence and 60-80 parts of purified water. The wild kudzu vine root and the flower of kudzu vine are respectively squeezed to obtain juice, water and amylase are added for heating and dissolving after rough filtration, starch is fully dissolved in the solution after being leached for a period of time, then the obtained filtrate is filtered to obtain a starch colloid solution, most active ingredients are reserved, the nutritive value is increased, meanwhile, kudzu vine root clear liquid and flower of kudzu vine liquid are obtained through enzymolysis, enzyme deactivation and clarification filtration, undissolved starch particles are removed, finally, the stock solution and auxiliary materials are mixed in a fixed ratio, and the mixed solution is cooled at room temperature after filling and sterilization, so that the effects of enhancing the taste of the beverage and reserving most active ingredients are achieved.
