titleOfInvention Loose coupling transformer device and circuit for wireless charging of electric automobile
abstract The invention discloses a loose coupling transformer device and a circuit for wireless charging of an electric automobile, wherein the transformer device comprises two shielding metal plates, a transmitting side module and a receiving side module which are coupled with each other, the transmitting side module is arranged at the ground end, and the receiving side module is arranged at the bottom of an automobile body; the transmitting side module and the receiving side module are embedded in the corresponding shielding metal plates and respectively comprise an insulating plate, a magnetic core, a transformer coil and an inductance coil; the transformer coil is fixed on one side surface of the magnetic core, and the transformer coil of the transmitting side module is arranged opposite to the transformer coil of the receiving side module; the inductive coil is spirally wound on the magnetic core, and the winding direction of the inductive coil of the transmitting side module is vertical to that of the inductive coil of the receiving side module; the transformer coil and the inductance coil on the same magnetic core are perpendicular to each other at the overlapping position. The invention also comprises a circuit for charging the electric automobile by using the transformer device.
