titleOfInvention A kind of preparation method and device of perovskite film, perovskite solar cell
abstract The invention provides a preparation method and device of a perovskite film, a perovskite solar cell, and a preparation method of the perovskite film, including: providing a substrate; forming a metal ion complex film on the substrate; adopting a gas phase transport process An organic component is deposited on the surface of the metal ion complex film to obtain a perovskite prefabricated film; the perovskite prefabricated film is annealed to obtain a perovskite film. During the chemical reaction between the metal ion complex film and the organic components, the coordinated organic substances in the metal ion complex film overflow, thereby forming a perovskite film. The above reaction reduces the porosity requirement of the two-step method for metal halides, which is conducive to the formation of better quality perovskites and improves the stability and repeatability of the process. Meanwhile, the vapor-phase transport process enables the organic components to be uniformly deposited on the surface of the metal ion complex film, which enables uniform and high-quality large-area perovskite films after annealing.
