The invention discloses an aging-resistant silane-modified polyether sealant for construction, which is prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 80-120 parts of silane-modified polyether resin, 1-10 parts of SBS modifier, plasticized 8-25 parts of agent, 30-60 parts of nano calcium carbonate, 30-60 parts of heavy calcium powder, 2-6 parts of coupling agent, 0.1-1 part of antifungal agent, 0.1-1 part of catalyst, 0.5-2 part of rheology agent parts, 0.1-1 part of water scavenger, 0.1-3 parts of anti-aging agent, 1-10 parts of rare earth oxide ultrafine powder, 0.1-3 parts of rutile titanium dioxide, and 2-20 parts of carbon black. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the silane-modified polyether sealant. The silane-modified polyether sealant of the present invention has high anti-aging properties, so that it can maintain a long service life in the joints, thereby improving the safety of PC buildings. |
