The polyoxometallate and a pyrrole solution (PY) form a conductive film (POM @ PPY) through electropolymerization, and then an electrochemical immunosensor is constructed, so that the detection of the plant growth hormone (indoleacetic acid) is realized, and excellent sensitivity, selectivity and anti-interference capability are shown.
