The invention relates to the technical field of composite materials, in particular to an antioxidant fiber-reinforced silicon-boron-nitride composite material and a preparation method and application thereof; the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) using silicon nitride fibers to prepare a preform; (2) impregnating the preform obtained in step (1) with a precursor, then performing a cross-linking and curing reaction, and finally performing cracking; (3) repeating step (2) at least 3 times to obtain a green body; (4) performing step ( 3) After the obtained green body is subjected to at least one process of impregnation with silica sol and gelation and drying, further heat treatment is performed to obtain the anti-oxidative fiber-reinforced silicon-boron-nitride composite material; the silicon-boron-nitride composite material prepared by the present invention The density is 1.79~1.95g/cm 3 , and the weight gain rate is 2.6%~7.9% after being oxidized in 1200℃ air atmosphere for 1h, and it has good compactness and high temperature resistance and oxidation resistance. |
