abstract The invention relates to a non-burning aluminum carbon sliding plate with carbon fibers and a preparation method thereof. The technical scheme is as follows: ultrasonically dispersing carbon fibers in dilute nitric acid with a concentration of 5-10wt%, ultrasonically cleaning with water, and drying to obtain carbon fibers etched with nitric acid; Ultrasonic immersion in % silica sol and drying to obtain silica sol-coated carbon fibers. Then, 70-90wt% tabular corundum, 4-10wt% alumina fine powder, 1-5wt% graphite, 3-10wt% thermosetting phenolic resin, 1-6wt% aluminum powder and 0.2-0.4wt% The silica sol-coated carbon fibers are mixed evenly, pressed into shape, and dried at 190 to 220°C for 24 to 36 hours. After drilling, hooping, grinding, shelling and coating, a non-burning aluminum-carbon sliding plate with carbon fibers is prepared. The invention has simple process and low production cost; the manufactured product has the characteristics of high strength, high toughness, excellent performance of anti-strengthening, anti-thermal shock and anti-erosion ability and long service life.
