titleOfInvention Preparation method of air entraining agent carbon adsorption resistant sacrificial agent
abstract The preparation method of the air entraining agent carbon adsorption resistant sacrificial agent comprises the following steps: (1) adding 10 parts by mass of lignin and 80-100 parts by mass of a solvent into a reactor for full dissolution, adding 3-5 parts by mass of a catalyst, then placing the reactor into a microwave digestion instrument, setting the temperature to be 120-150 ℃, reacting for 15-30 min, cooling and filtering to obtain a filtrate for later use; (2) slowly dripping 40-80 parts of a carboxylation reagent into the filtrate, adding NaOH to adjust the pH to 7-8, keeping the temperature at 80-100 ℃, stirring at the speed of 40-60 r/min, and reacting for 2-3 h; (3) slowly dripping 40-60 parts of alcohol amine, controlling the temperature to be 90-100 ℃, stirring at the speed of 60-80 r/min, and reacting for 2-3 h; (4) adding 10-15 parts of NaOH, keeping the temperature at 60-80 ℃, stirring at a speed of 60-80 r/min, reacting for 1-2 hours, and adjusting the obtained product to have a solid content of 35 +/-2% to obtain the carbon adsorption resistant sacrificial agent.
