The recovery method comprises the following steps: (1) heating the waste water and steaming water; when the amount of distilled water is 72-88 wt %, heat preservation and sedimentation; NaCl and sodium-forming mother liquor; (2) sodium-precipitating mother liquor is cooled to room temperature, and solid-liquid separation obtains thick KCl and potassium-forming mother liquor; Step (1) gained thick NaCl obtains sodium chloride with sodium chloride content ≥ 95wt% through first washing product; the crude KCl obtained in step (2) is subjected to the second washing to obtain a potassium chloride product with a potassium chloride content of ≥90 wt% and a sodium chloride content of ≤2.6 wt%.
