Discloses a gas-liquid-solid three-phase catalytic oxidation reaction kettle and application thereof. The reaction kettle comprises a kettle body, wherein a liquid inlet is formed in the lower part of the kettle body, an air inlet is formed in the bottom of the kettle body, and a reaction mixture outlet is formed in the upper part of the kettle body; the device is characterized in that a solid-liquid separation membrane tube is arranged in the kettle body, one end of the membrane tube is closed, the other end of the membrane tube is communicated with the reaction mixture outlet, the membrane tube is made of a silk screen material, and the silk screen has the mesh aperture which is smaller than the particle size of the catalyst particles. |
