titleOfInvention Biological tissue engineering regeneration scaffold technology prepared from scale-free freshwater fish skin and application mode
abstract The invention belongs to the technical methods in the fields of biological materials and regenerative medicine, and particularly relates to a biological tissue engineering regenerative scaffold technology prepared based on scale-free freshwater fish skin and an application mode. The method comprises the step of preparing a biological scaffold material widely applied to the field of tissue regeneration by utilizing excellent histocompatibility of the scale-free freshwater fish (such as mirror carps) and through safe processing technologies such as screening and breeding. The treated fish skin material keeps the complete structure and activity of fish skin collagen, and simultaneously does not lose the components such as unsaturated fatty acid and the like in the fish skin for promoting the healing and regeneration of human tissues. Particularly, the composite material can be used for loading a micro-tissue regeneration structural unit after being specially designed (thickness, porosity and the like), is applied to the regeneration fields of skin, liver, bone, fat and the like, and has very important clinical value.
