The excitation light source of two near-infrared districts is adopted in this application, and visible light and near-infrared district are compared, and the emission wavelength of two near-infrared districts is longer, can show the scattering that reduces the interior photon of biological tissue, strengthens biological tissue's light absorption, and penetration depth is darker, consequently, has higher time and spatial resolution, and then satisfies the biological imaging's of the living body demand of great size. |
