The invention discloses a method for improving silkworm cocoon silk strength. First, nanometer graphene oxide, vinyl acetate and β-sitosterol are prepared into a solution, and then the solution is sprayed and matured according to the dosage of 8.0-12 L of the solution added to 100 kg of mulberry leaves. Leaves, dried and fed on the 4th to 5th day of 5-year-old silkworms can increase the silk strength of silkworm cocoons by more than 30% and increase the yield by more than 8%. According to the biological function of nano-graphene oxide and the physiological characteristics of silkworm, the prepared silkworm additive has wide sources and low cost. The disclosed method has strong usability, convenient operation and remarkable effect, and is suitable for popularization and application in silkworm areas in my country. |
