abstract The invention discloses the application of ascarosides in the preparation of preparations for promoting the yield of Heterorhabditis bacteriophora H06 infection stage nematodes. It is found in the present invention that, compared with sterile PBS as a control, ascaroside can significantly increase the yield of nematodes in the H. bacteriophora H06 infection stage. Therefore, in the process of mass culture of nematodes, ascarosides can be used to greatly increase the yield of H. bacteriophora H06 nematodes in the infection stage, which provides a core technology for the commercial production of H. bacteriophora H06 nematodes with cost advantages.
