A lightweight low-dielectric composite material, a 5G millimeter wave antenna housing adopting the material and a preparation method of the antenna housing relate to the antenna housing. The light low-dielectric composite material consists of aramid honeycomb and micro-foamed plastic. The 5G millimeter wave antenna housing adopting the light low-dielectric composite material comprises an antenna housing cover body, and a composite material panel, wherein the middle part of the antenna housing cover body is hollow; the composite material panel is of a skin sandwich structure and comprises an upper skin positioned above and a lower skin positioned below, and further comprises a core layer and a sealing edge, wherein the core layer is clamped between the upper skin and the lower skin, the sealing edge surrounds the core layer, and the core layer is made of a light low-dielectric composite material. The 5G millimeter wave antenna housing made of the light low-dielectric composite material is adopted. The composite panel has good stretching effect and impact resistance effect, and the dielectric property of the composite panel is obviously improved compared with that of a PC/ABS plastic piece with the same size. |
