Adding the corrosion-inhibiting additive of the invention to the working fluid has a good corrosion-inhibiting and enhancing effect on both die-casting aluminum alloys and deformed aluminum alloys, and solves the problem of discoloration in the long-term processing of aviation aluminum workpieces; the corrosion-inhibiting additive of the invention has good water solubility, and is compatible with Both the original cutting fluid and the working fluid in use have good compatibility and can be directly added to the working fluid; polymerized fatty acids, organic copolymers and alcohol ether solvents can synergistically improve the emulsion stability of the working fluid in use, especially for miscellaneous oils. The problem of stickiness of working fluid caused by emulsification or soap separation is obviously improved.
