abstract | Provided is an anti-migration modified aluminum diethylphosphinate, a preparation method and an application thereof. The surface modification of the aluminum diethylphosphinate is carried out through a double treatment method, which includes coating the aluminum diethylphosphinate with pyrophosphate and performing surface coupling treatment with a silane coupling agent. The coating treatment of aluminum diethylphosphinate by pyrophosphate includes the step of preparing aluminum diethylphosphinate suspension and the step of reaction. The anti-migration modified aluminum diethylphosphinate has a phosphorus content of 23.0wt.%-25wt.%, and a pH of 4.8-6.4. The obtained anti-migration modified aluminum diethylphosphinate is used as a flame retardant in high molecular polymers, and high molecular polymers include nylon and glass fiber reinforced nylon, TPU, PBT, epoxy resin, unsaturated resin and the like. |
