abstract The invention discloses a method and application of hyperbranched polysiloxane for strengthening silicate cultural relics. Described hyperbranched polysiloxane is skeleton with Si-O-Si chain, has the chemical structure described in formula I: Wherein, M and H are the same or different functional end groups; preferably, M and H are independently selected from a hydroxyl group, an amino group, an epoxy group, a methyl group, and a methoxy group. The method and application use the hyperbranched polysiloxane to reinforce the silicate cultural relic with almost no change in appearance, and have better reinforcement effect than traditional linear silicone material reinforcement, especially with high compressive strength, good storage stability and excellent breathability.
