The invention discloses an ammonia gas sensor based on nitrated graphene and a preparation method thereof, which are characterized in that a metal structure is deposited on a substrate, graphene is transferred to the surface of the metal structure by adopting a wet etching technology, then the redundant part of graphene is removed by utilizing a photoetching technology and plasma photoresist remover equipment to realize patterned graphene, a formed graphene device is placed in a nitric acid solution, and preparation parameters such as nitric acid concentration, treatment temperature and time are controlled to obtain the ammonia gas sensor based on nitrated graphene. |
