The photocatalytic material is a heterostructure formed by two-dimensional bismuth vanadate nanosheets and two-dimensional bromine lead-cesium nanosheets; wherein, the two-dimensional bismuth vanadate nanosheets are squares with zigzag structures at four corners, and the side length is 600-1000nm, the thickness is 50-60nm; the two-dimensional lead-cesium bromide nanosheet is rectangular, the length is 200-1300nm, the width is 180-1200nm, and the thickness is 35-45nm; The mass ratio is (3.2~9.5):1. When the bismuth vanadate/bromo lead cesium photocatalytic material of the present invention is applied to photocatalytic carbon dioxide reduction, under the irradiation of visible light, its CO generation rate is as high as 16.9 μmol g -1 h -1 , and the selectivity to CO reduction products exceeds 94 %, which has potential application prospects in the field of photocatalytic carbon dioxide reduction.
