abstract The invention discloses a preparation method and application of drug-loaded polymer nanoparticles with active oxygen responsiveness. It consists of two polymers containing a thioketal linkage. The two polymers are mixed according to different mass ratios, and the nano particles are prepared by a method of ultrasonic emulsification-solvent volatilization, and simultaneously, the nano particles are used for encapsulating the medicine. The preparation method is simple and feasible, the prepared nanoparticles have the particle size of 300-500 nm, are in a regular spherical shape, have good dispersibility and drug loading rate of 5-10%, have good biocompatibility, have responsiveness and elimination on active oxygen, can inhibit inflammation, and can be widely applied to the field of biomedical materials or the field of drug delivery of inflammatory diseases.
